The $YAW IDO (Initial DEX Offering)
We will host the public sale of our $YAW token through the Raydium AcceleRaytor.
Date: March 9th, 2022
Price: $0.20 USDC per token
Total Sale: 7.5M $YAW tokens (worth $1.5M USDC)
With only 8.87% of $YAW's fixed supply in the initial circulation, a $0.20 IDO price values the platform's market cap at around $6.317 million. We have spoken with, partnered with, and received counsel from several VCs who have confirmed this market cap as a fair valuation given our revenue projections and size of addressable market.
The IDO will be a lottery style sale, in which you must purchase tickets on the Raydium platform. Each ticket will be available for purchase for $125/ea and will represent 625 $YAW.
After the sale concludes, winning tickets may be redeemed for $YAW and losing tickets will be refunded for the same USDC amount.
The maximum number of tickets you can buy is limited. You are allowed to buy one ticket per Yawww NFT held (snapshot taken at a random date), and you can purchase additional tickets for staking $RAY on the Raydium platform.
Immediately after the sale, the Treasury will stake $2M TVL on Raydium DEX to provide liquidity for trading.
